1. Radiographer / Sonographer

(Singapore)

The incumbent will be required to perform all radiographic / ultrasound examinations independently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Radiography from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate teamwork and positive working attitude.
  • Singaporean and Singapore Permanent Residents are encouraged to apply.

2. Staff Nurses

(Singapore)

The incumbent will perform daily nursing needs and patient care administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing assistance and veno-puncture skills (FDG injections) to procedures in the PET/CT area, perform canulations for contrast injections and anesthetist for sedation cases.
  • Provide nursing care to all patients with special attention to those who are frail or claustrophobic.
  • Demonstrate professional care to post-scan needs such as post injection site dressing.
  • Explain and advise clinical procedures to patients and/or family members.
  • Perform general housekeeping in the clinic area.
  • Monitor and replenish drugs, medical items and other medical inventories.
  • Provide nursing support in medical emergencies.
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Clinic Manager.

Requirements:

  • Nursing Certificate (Registrable with Singapore Nursing Board).
  • GCE O Levels and above.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Skilled in veno-puncture is preferred.
  • Certified in BCLS is preferred.
  • Demonstrates good patient-care and a team player.

3. Patient Service Associate

(Singapore)

The incumbent will be required to perform multiple duties including but not limited to patients' registration, billing and cashiering, handling general enquiries, managing phone calls, making appointments and performing administrative duties.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE O levels.
  • Minimum 1-2 years working experience in Customer Relations & Patient Care, preferably in a hospital setting.
  • Computer literate.
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate teamwork and positive working attitude.
  • Proficient in English, Mandarin and/or Malay languages.

4. Medical Practitioners

(Abu Dhabi)

The incumbent will work as a member of a multi-specialty medical facility team responsible for providing primary and secondary medical care to patients. This position will be based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides and promote a comprehensive primary health care service to patients including health screening, family medicine, wellness counseling, risk stratification and management as well as treatment and follow up of acute and chronic medical conditions.
  • Contributes to the overall Management Systems in areas of Quality, Infection Control, and Risk Assessment & Management.

Requirements:

  • Registered Medical Doctor.
  • Post-graduate certificates in Family Medicine are an advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a Medical Officer.
  • Preferably worked in one of the Gulf countries and in a JCI accredited hospital/medical centre.
  • Familiar with Basic Cardiac Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Fundamental Critical Care Support and preferably has current skills in these domains.
  • Good communication skills (English) and a team player.

5. Staff Nurses

(Abu Dhabi)

The incumbent will be responsible for providing nursing support for the respective clinical services. This position will be based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides quality patient care, treatment and clinical support in the assigned disciplines.
  • Ensures appropriate protocols and high quality, nursing standards and practices.

Requirements:

  • Must be a Registered Nurse.
  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Nursing.
  • Minimum of 2 - 3 years of relevant nursing experience.
  • Demonstrates good patient-care and a team player.
  • Preferably worked in a JCI accredited hospital/medical centre.

6. Pharmacist

(Abu Dhabi)

The incumbent will be responsible for the overall pharmacy operations in the multi-specialty medical facility. This position will be based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure and maintain high standards of dispensing to meet established standards and policies.
  • Initiate and maintain continuing monitoring of patient waiting time.
  • Handle patient feedback on dispensing services and quality service standards.
  • Liaise with internal and external customers/supplies relating to orders, services and quality requirements.

Requirements:

  • Registered Pharmacist in Abu Dhabi preferrably.
  • Minimum BSc degree in Pharmacy or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Preferably worked in a JCI accredited hospital/medical centre.

7. Reception/Admin

(Abu Dhabi)

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for the effective and efficient administrative support to the multi-specialty medical facility, ensuring day-to-day matters are carried out in an organized manner. This position will be based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages the reception area.
  • Handles visitors and phones queries.
  • Responds to the enquiries consistently and confidently by providing accurate information of the various service offerings.
  • Provides any administrative support where necessary.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Secondary School education or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Good communication skills: English, Arabic.
  • Familiar with computer applications.
  • A pleasant personality and a good team player.
  • An individual who is committed to excel and possess good customer interface.

8. Secretary

(Abu Dhabi)

The incumbent will be responsible for the effective and efficient administrative support to the Senior Management team, ensuring day-to-day matters are carried out systematically and meticulously. This position will be based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Responsibilities:

  • Handles calendar management for the Senior Management team.
  • Handles phones enquiries and facilitate communications.
  • Acts as the main coordinator for travel arrangements to the Senior Management team.
  • Manages Management office in their absence, ensures all matters requiring their attention are redirected with discretion and attended to meticulously.
  • Provides any administrative support where necessary.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Effective communication skills: written and oral.
  • Familiar with MS Office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
  • Demonstrates integrity, initiative and a good team player.

9. Manager, Human Resources

(Abu Dhabi)

The incumbent will be responsible to drive and lead the human resources operations to the multi-specialty medical facility. This position will be based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the daily HR operations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and systems.
  • Review existing HR policies, procedures and systems to suggest areas of improvements.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities are in compliance with the Labor Law, Health Authority Abu Dhabi.
  • Ensure compliance to Corporate standards of parent organization through appropriate benchmarking.
  • Act as a Business Partner to the Senior Management team providing advice regarding HR issues.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience or 5 years of relevant experience in one of the Gulf countries.
  • Good communication skills and a team player.
  • Demonstrates the ability to influence the stakeholders, meticulous and analytical.

10. Manager, Finance

(Abu Dhabi)

The incumbent will be responsible for the entire Finance and Accounting function to the multi-specialty medical facility. This position will be based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the accounting and finance activities.
  • Ensure group performance with the right mix of services and pricing.
  • Prepare costing sheet for the new services.
  • Involve in companys budgeting, forecasting, etc.
  • Oversee payroll.
  • Review of legal documents (for projects) wherever necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with the internal corporate guidelines and implement improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with all legislation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree in Accounting and/or ACCA.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in a Managerial function.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in one of the Gulf countries.
  • Demonstrates analytical, meticulous, accuracy and is a team player.

11. Manager, Marketing & Communications

(Abu Dhabi)

The incumbent will be responsible for the marketing communications both externally and internally to the multi-specialty medical facility. This position will be based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize, develop and implement marketing communication strategies including media relations, events management, etc.
  • Handles editorial tasks (e.g. collaterals, newsletters, website content management) to effectively profile and enhance the image of the Airport Medical Clinics.
  • Develop and maintain the Companys corporate identity and image.
  • Develop the Companys strategic provision of the healthcare services, both locally & regionally.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree in Mass Communications/Marketing Communications/Journalism or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in marketing communications, events management or journalism.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Abu Dhabi.
  • A team player with interpersonal and strong communication skills.
  • Demonstrates creativity, meticulous and a result-oriented individual.

12. Manager, Operations & Facilities

(Abu Dhabi)

The incumbent will be responsible for the smooth and efficient delivery of operations and facilities requirements to the multi-specialty medical facility. This position will be based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with clinic staff in the clinic workflow.
  • Main owner for SOP of all clinical procedures.
  • Ensures all clinical procedures are up-to-date.
  • Ensure an appropriate Quality Management System is in place.
  • Ensure an appropriate Occupational Safety and Health Management System including Control of Biological Hazards is in place.
  • Ensure and upkeep of resuscitative drugs and life support equipments.
  • Ensure all clinical staff is trained in BCLS.
  • Ensure the smooth operations of the entire medical facilities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Health Sciences or related.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in healthcare industry.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a Managerial function.
  • Good communication skills and a team player.
  • Ability to influence both the clinical and non-clinical functions.
