Singapore

Assistant Manager, Clinical Operations

Reporting to the Head & Group Operations, you will ensure the smooth operations of the medical centers with the intent of improving processes and workflows.

Duties include:
  • Assist the Head & Group Operations in delivering operational performance targets (e.g. patient satisfaction, patients' report turnaround time, resource utilization, energy saving)
  • Work closely with various Clinical Head of Department & Clinic Managers to review all clinical operational processes and propose continuous improvement initiatives
  • Handle VVIPs
  • Review and update clinical and operational SOPs
  • Manage 3rd party vendors including but not limited to facilities management and bio-hazard matters
  • Manage tenants
  • Provide logistical support in Annual General Meeting
  • Coordinate in content collation & publications of Annual Reports
  • Provide Management reports
  • Support in ad-hoc projects, if assigned
Requirements:
  • Relevant Healthcare Qualifications (Nursing, Allied Health Professionals, Healthcare Management)
  • Familiar with clinical SOPs, operational workflow design and professional licensing e.g. MOH, HSA
  • Familiar with facilities management
  • Knowledge in RIS/PACS is advantageous
  • Proven track records in achieving desired project outcomes
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills (written & spoken) and a problem-solver

Patient Service Associate


Assigned to the Imaging & Diagnostics Centre, you will assist in providing patient care support and services.
Duties include:
  • Handles appointment bookings for Imaging & Diagnostic scans
  • Co-ordinate and ensure smooth and continuous patient flow
  • Explain and advise basic imaging procedures to the patients
  • Involve in billing
  • Provide general administration tasks
  • Requirements:
    • Customer service oriented with a warm personality
    • Ability to multi-task and possess good interpersonal skills

Staff Nurse (Yearly-contract; renewable)


You should have a General Nursing qualification and be registered with the Singapore Nursing Board.
Responsibilities
  • Liaise with school representatives to schedule team visits
  • Travel to schools to conduct vision screening, audiometry test and forward bending test
  • May require to do vaccinations
  • Arrange logistics
  • Assist in other ad-hoc duties
  • Requirements:
    • At least 1 year of nursing experience in a hospital and/or medical center
    • Computer literate
    • Ability to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced environment
    • Adaptable to travel island-wide extensively
    • Standard leave, benefits and contractual bonus
    • Commence employment in January 2020

Staff Nurse (maternity-cover)


You should have a General Nursing qualification and be registered with the Singapore Nursing Board
Responsibilities
  • Liaise with school representatives to schedule team visits
  • Travel to schools to conduct vision screening, audiometry test and forward bending test
  • May require to do vaccinations
  • Arrange logistics
  • Assist in other ad-hoc duties
  • Requirements:
    • At least 1 year of nursing experience in a hospital and/or medical center
    • Computer literate
    • Team player
    • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
    • Adaptable to travel island wide extensively
    • Must commit between January 2020 to April 2020 to cover maternity
    • Hourly rate of pay ranges between $18 to $23 based on experience

Health Screening Assistant (Yearly-contract; renewable)


Reporting to the Nurse Manger, you will be required to conduct basic parameter test and support in administrative duties.
Responsibilities
  • Travel to schools to conduct height/weight and vision screening test
  • Involve in logistical arrangements including set-up and tear-down
  • Involve in administrative duties
  • Assist in other ad-hoc duties
  • Requirements:
    • GCE ‘O’ or ‘A’ Levels
    • Computer literate
    • Ability to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced environment
    • Adaptable to travel island-wide extensively
    • Standard leave, benefits and contractual bonus
    • Commence employment in January 2020
