  4. All health screening packages purchased online are valid for 3 months from date of purchase. 
  5. Please note that booking and rescheduling of appointments is subject to availability of slots. Your booking is only confirmed when our call centre contact you for an appointment and when you receive an acknowledgement that your appointment is confirmed.
